The petition for the Old Town Cycleway may have been handed into East Sussex County Council, but Bespoke and our friends aren’t sitting back and taking anything for granted.
Over the weekend, Felicity Goodson from Bespoke attended the Lammas Festival on Eastbourne’s Western Lawns to drum up support for the Old Town Cycleway.
Taking the time to explain the route to festival goers, Felicity managed gain another 200 signatures to add to the petition, and found everyone there was very positive about the proposed route.
The route is planned to link Eastbourne, via Old Town and 8 schools, to the Cuckoo Trail in Polegate.
