The Eastbourne Herald is reporting that the second cyclist involved in the hit and run on Eastbourne seafront earlier in the year has been fined £50, ordered to pay £80 costs, and a £20 victim surcharge.
Trent Baker, 23, pleaded guilty at Eastbourne Magistrates Court to cycling on Eastbourne seafront, and breaching the council’s byelaws.
Earlier in the year, George Coulbourn was fined £135, ordered to pay £80 costs, and a £20 victim surcharge for the same offence.
