Free cycle training for NHS staff in Eastbourne

Do you want to cycle to get fit and save money, but feel scared?

East Sussex County Council & East Sussex HealthCare NHS Trust have arranged FREE cycle training for staff at Eastbourne Sports Park (BN21 2UF). This is a 5-minute walk/ride from Hampden Park Railway Station or a 5-minute walk from Eastbourne D.G.H. or St Wilfred’s Hospice (You will need to bring your Trust ID badge)

  • Choose: 60-minute adult beginner £30 or FREE to Trust staff
  • Or: 90-minute confidence building £25 or FREE to Trust staff

Road Safety Education can even lend you a bike for the session if you don’t have one. Why not book a session with a friend? This is so worth it! Welcome to a new, healthier, happier and richer you!
